It is worth noting the architectural diversity of this place, where in the south there are housing estates with buildings erected in the large-slab technology, and in the north there is Służewiec Przemysłowy, known from the times of the People’s Republic of Poland as an area of industrial plants.

For tourists, Służewiec can be an interesting point on the map of Warsaw. Here you can see a unique combination of the past and modernity, with office buildings that are springing up like mushrooms after rain. It is also worth visiting the area around the former elevator factory, where there is a mosaic by Wanda Gosławska, which is a souvenir of the industrial history of Służewiec.

Thanks to its intensive office development, Służewiec has also gained the humorous name of “Mordor”, which adds a bit of mystery to it and makes it an interesting place for those who want to discover a different side of Warsaw.
